Coldfuzion Labs ("we", "us") is an IT services business based in Chico, CA. This policy explains what we collect through coldfuzionlabs.com, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you use our contact form or request a quote, we collect what you type: your name, email address, phone number (optional), company, and your message or project details. For quote requests this can also include company size, the services you are interested in, timeline, and budget range.

Like most websites, our web server also logs technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the date and time. We use these logs to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

We use your details to answer your request, to prepare a quote, and to run our business. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who sees it

Your message is emailed to us and stored in our website's private dashboard. Only the people who work at Coldfuzion Labs can see it, plus the hosting and email providers that operate those systems on our behalf.

Cookies

This site sets the cookies it needs to work: a session cookie and a security token that protect our forms from forgery. We also use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets first-party cookies and receives your approximate location, device, and the pages you view, with your IP address anonymized. We turn off advertising features and do not use the data for ads or share it for advertising. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal, we do not load Google Analytics at all.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and quote requests while they are active and for a reasonable time afterward for our business records, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@coldfuzionlabs.com. California residents have additional rights under California privacy law, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information and the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We will honor those requests.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
